WHAT IS AARUKA THERAPY?
Aaruka is a type of healing that works differently than regular therapy. Instead of just talking about your problems, it helps you heal the deep beliefs and memories that are causing you pain.
Aaruka was created by Jessica Ella, a therapist who spent 15 years helping thousands of women heal from trauma and change patterns that kept showing up in their lives.

HOW DOES AARUKA WORK?
Aaruka works by addressing four things that hold onto your pain:
1. Beliefs You Learned as a Kid
You picked up beliefs when you were young that you don't even know you have. Things like 'I'm not good enough' or 'I can't trust people.' These beliefs run your life without you realising it. Aaruka helps you find and change these beliefs.
2. Painful Memories
Traumatic memories get stuck in your body and brain. They pop up randomly and make you feel scared or upset without you understanding why. Aaruka helps process these memories so they stop controlling you.
3. Stuck Energy
Trauma doesn't just live in your mind. It gets stuck in your body and your energy. You might feel tight in your chest or heavy for no reason. Aaruka helps release this stuck energy.
4. Your Nervous System
Your body learnt to be on high alert because of what happened to you. Aaruka teaches your body to feel safe again so you can relax and trust yourself.

What Happens During a Session
Getting Safe
Your practitioner starts by making sure you feel safe and comfortable. This is important because real healing only happens when you feel secure.
Relaxing Into Healing
You'll be guided into a relaxed state, kind of like when you're about to fall asleep. You'll still be aware of everything that's happening.
The Healing
Your practitioner will help you find and change the beliefs, memories, or stuck energy that's been holding you back. The process is gentle and you're in control the whole time.
Integration
At the end, you'll take time to settle into the changes. You might feel different right away, or you might notice changes over the next few days.
Sessions are usually 90 minutes to 2 hours long.
Common Questions
Is this like regular therapy?
Regular therapy helps you talk through problems and learn ways to handle them. Aaruka goes deeper and actually changes the beliefs and memories that are causing the problems in the first place.
Do I have to believe in energy healing?
You just need to be open to healing. Aaruka works with your brain and body's natural ability to heal itself. You don't need any special beliefs.
How many sessions do I need?

Is it safe?

Can it help with physical PROBLEMS?
